This 5 day safari will start and end in Kampala city -Uganda and during this time you will have an extraordinary experience as you will visit some of Uganda’s best National parks such as Bwindi Impenetrable where you will track mountain gorillas and Queen Elizabeth National park for game viewing and a boat ride on the Kazinga channel. Bwindi is home to biggest number of Mountain gorillas in the entire world.

Day 1- Travel to Bwindi impenetrable

Early morning have breakfast and your will brief you and after that drive to the Southwest to Bwindi forest. Have two stopovers one at the Equator to buy crafts and take photos and another in Mbarara for lunch. Proceed with your journey to this magnificent forest and home to mountain gorillas and other primate species reaching in the evening. Have dinner and overnight. This is an 8~9 hours drive.

Day 2 :- Gorilla trekking

This morning, pack lunch, attend briefing with the Ranger-guide, you will meet fellow trekkers and be briefed concerning gorilla trekking. Later you will begin trekking as led by the park ranger guides who are well informed and knowledgeable about these gorillas, how long trekking will take depends on the movement of mountain gorillas at that time therefore it could last for 2 to 8 hours. You are encouraged to carry enough water, sunglasses, rain coats, hats, and to wear sturdy shoes. You will be allowed to be with the gorillas for only one hour. Return to your lodge and relax. During the evening hours, you can decide to stay at the lodge and rest or visit the Batwa community of which you will discover a lot about their culture and customs. Come back for dinner and have an overnight. then embark on your trek to see the famous Mountain Gorillas, a one in a lifetime experience.

Day 3 :- Travel to Queen Elizabeth via the Ishasha sector

After breakfast transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park via the Ishasha sector well known for tree climbing lions and other wildlife species such as monkeys, kobs, buffaloes, elephants, birds among others. Upon arrival at the park you will check in at the lodge, enjoy a yummy lunch there as you prepare to go for a boat cruise on the Kazinga channel. On this boat you will see a lot of water animals like hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes and elephants that come to take water as well as different bird species like the malachite kingfisher, saddle billed stork, among others. Head back to the lodge, have dinner and Overnight . The is about 5 hours drive.

Day 4 :- Game drive & afternoon boat cruise

This morning rise up before sunrise, have breakfast and set off an early morning game drive., watch the sun rise as you view game in the wilderness. Here you will have chance of seeing lions, buffaloes, antelopes, elephants. After drive back to the lodge have early lunch as you get ready for the boat cruise on the Kazinga channel which is an outstanding activity to do while in this park. Kazinga Channel boat cruise is an opportunity to see the great Nile Crocodiles, Hippos and abundant bird-life that color the banks of the channel. Later return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 5 :- Chimpanzee tracking & depart to Kampala

Follow the path of evolution to the home of Man’s closest relatives, the Chimpanzees, as you track them in Kyambura Gorge. Return to Kampala with lunch en-route.
